Our Story

Ray Tehrani, Broker, worked as an independent Broker and owned his own company for over 10 years averaging approximately 45-60 sales a year. Century 21 recruited Ray to open his own franchise and he opened Century 21 Dream Team.

Sue Van Auken, Broker, was a Top Producer with Pridemark Realtors and Century 21 Park for over 13 years specializing in listings for Relocation and REO properties. Sue joined Century 21 Dream Team and teamed up with Ray.

As you well know, with all the red tape and the overwhelming costs, Ray and Sue decided to open up R.S. Properties and R. S. Financial Services. This enabled them to lower the costs of their clients.

For the last several years they have been successful to the point that they now employ 7-10 full-time real estate agents. They also have a full-time transaction coordinator, full-time marketing expert and a full-time loan processor on staff. With all their expertise they have been able to grow with leaps and bounds beyond their dreams and expectations.

Because a lot of Ray and Sue's clients are investors and needed a helping hand with their property management RS Property Management was born. They now manage various properties in Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties.

Our real estate professionals have intimate knowledge of each community's character, mood and growth potential. Drawing on their extensive knowledge of schools, recreational facilities, shopping requirements and transportation our associates are able to better satisfy the special family housing needs of their clients.

For the investor, our commercial and business opportunities department is able to provide our valued clients with income and commercial property opportunities. We also have a property management division for the investor who doesn't want the headache of dealing with collecting rents and evictions, but wants the benefit of the tax advantage.
